Joel Mark P. Rodriguez, MBA, LPT is a Licensed Professional Teacher, researcher, and academic leader currently serving as Chief of the Sen. Neptali A. Gonzales Research Center for Development Studies and Research Coordinator at Rizal Technological University (RTU). He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration and holds a Master in Business Administration from RTU.
Prof. Rodriguez is an active researcher and peer reviewer for several international journals and serves on multiple editorial boards. He has published extensively in the fields of human resource management, financial literacy, supply chain management, leadership, and emerging technologies such as AI and ABCD technologies. A frequent guest speaker and research panelist, he has presented papers in local and international conferences across ASEAN. His research contributions have earned recognition, including being listed among the Top 11 Researchers in the AD Scientific Index (2025). With a strong background in both academia and industry, he brings expertise in research methodology, statistics, total quality management, operations, and human resource management. He is also actively engaged in professional organizations and continues to contribute to scholarly development, research innovation, and academic excellence in the Philippines.
